The Berliner Rück-Versicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft was a German insurance company. It was founded on June 29, 1907 and registered on November 13, 1907. In 1926 it was liquidated.

The purpose was the operation of risk reinsurance in all branches and the assumption of the obligation to make additional contributions of the members insured with the Veritas Viehversicherungsgesellschaft zu Berlin.

In 1915 the capital was 200,000 Reichsmarks in 200 registered shares per 1,000 Reichsmarks. The premium income was 111,067 Reichsmarks. Was traded u. a. on the Berlin stock exchange .

Richard Höhne from Berlin was the director. The supervisory board consisted of Georg Kadelbach (chairman; businessman in Berlin) and the deputy directors Robert Mertins, Franz Müller, and Emil Kurths. The authorized signatories were G. Kiessling and A. Hinske.
