Bernhard Kreße (* 1972 ) is a German lawyer .
Life
After completing his doctorate in 2006 at the University of Cologne as Dr. iur. and his habilitation in 2013 in Hagen with Ulrich Wackerbarth , he teaches as a professor for commercial and corporate law in Dortmund .
