Bertold Huber

Bertold Huber is a German lawyer and judge.

Huber was the presiding judge at the Administrative Court in Frankfurt am Main and became known for his publications on immigration and asylum law. The G-10 Commission for the control of G-10 measures the intelligence services of the Federation it belongs since 2013 as deputy chairman. He had previously been a deputy member since 2005. Huber criticized the surveillance of foreigners by the Federal Intelligence Service .
