The vocational school center for business and data processing includes five schools , the vocational school for office professions, the vocational school for commercial assistants - specializing in information processing, the vocational school for IT professions with the two training branches of IT specialist application development and IT clerk, the technical school for data processing and the Municipal Business School.
The school sponsor of these institutions is the city of Würzburg .
With the exception of the technical college for data processing, the city grants free school fees and learning materials. A monthly reimbursement of expenses of € 6 will be charged. The registration period is mid-February (issue of interim certificates) until April 30th. If more applicants register than there are places available, a selection process is used.
Vocational school for office professions
Goal of the training
The aim of the three-year training course at the vocational school for office professions is to qualify the students in such a way that at the end of their full-time school training they will pass the examination as a clerk for office management from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In three years, commercial fundamentals such as business administration, bookkeeping and organizational theory are taught. In training companies, practical aspects of commercial administration are practiced. General subjects such as German, business English and social studies complete the training.
