The Berufsförderungswerk-Hamm GmbH , sponsored by the Josefs-Gesellschaft and the Catholic Workers' Movement, offers measures for participation in working life for adults who qualify for a new job for health reasons.
The training offer includes around 20 recognized training occupations from the commercial, information and telecommunications technology, electrical and metal-technical areas and the health sector. In addition, various qualification, adaptation and training measures are carried out. The Hamm Berufsförderungswerk offers didactic services with a theoretical, general and practical orientation as well as comprehensive medical, psychological and socio-educational advice and support.
The reintegration of those undergoing rehabilitation is supported by targeted career choices, preliminary support and intensive follow-up care.
