history
On June 20, 1885, the trade association for gas and waterworks was founded in Berlin . With effect from April 1, 2009, the BGFW merged with the BG Elektro Textil Feinmechanik to form the BG Energie Textil Elektro (BG ETE). After another merger, the current name is BG Energie Textil Elektro Medienprodukte (BGETEM).
