Career orientation office

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The career orientation office (BOB) is a publicly funded space at schools in North Rhine-Westphalia , which is preferably used for career guidance . The pupils can write applications in the BOB , search for apprenticeships on the Internet and find out about apprenticeships in the media library . Consultations with the study and career orientation coordinator (StuBO coordinator) or the career advisor from the employment agency also take place there.

As a result of the state-wide support from the Future Funding Foundation , the regional agency of North Rhine-Westphalia and the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia , especially special schools, secondary schools and comprehensive schools in North Rhine-Westphalia have been given a BOB since 2008.
