from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The decision-maker was originally the person responsible for internal economic processes in the medieval knightly household or in the noble court . She could be a nobleman , a free woman, or a dependent .

She was just the rule or the house Meier ( Treasurer assumed) and stood all other budget-related ranks before. Her main task was the organization of the farm household and the work processes at residence and when traveling. This included the procurement, storage and maintenance of household goods and the rooms and the organization of the kitchen and the self-sufficiency points. In smaller households, this also involved some specific work.

Today the decision maker is a recognized profession in the hospitality industry in Austria. The tasks concern the handling of the guest's laundry.
