Bielefeld peanuts

The Bielefeld Peanuts were a softball club from Bielefeld .

The Peanuts were founded in the second half of 1983 and were a department of the Police SV Bielefeld . The home ground of the Peanuts was the lawn next to the Bielefeld cycling track . Between 1984 and 1994, the Bielefeld women were German softball champions eleven times in a row . The association later disbanded. The reasons and the year of termination are not known.
