Binding agent spreader and tiller

The binding agent spreader is a construction machine and is used together with a soil stabilizer in the field of earthworks or traffic route construction to prepare soil improvement , soil consolidation and cold recycling .

In addition to the self-propelled binding agent spreaders, there are also trailer or mounted spreaders for tractors.

The binder spreader shown here can add up to 16 m³ of hydraulic binder, such as lime , cement or hydraulic mixed binders, which is the equivalent of 15 tons per filling. This depends on the bulk density of the material to be processed.

The binder is blown directly into the container of the binder spreader from a silo truck at low pressure. If the conditions are good, a 28-tonne silo vehicle can be emptied and spread out per hour, which means a daily throughput of more than 250 tons of hydraulic binding agent.

With the help of a computer, the spread rate can be up to 35 kg / m², whereby the nature of the binding agent to be spread is also decisive here.
