Installation of a road pavement using the cold mix method

Cold recycling (also cold mixing process ) is a construction process in road and path construction and includes the milling, picking up, mixing and paving of bituminous road pavements up to a depth of 30 cm. Either cement , bitumen emulsion or foamed bitumen are used as binding agents . The advantage of this construction method is the low energy consumption and the suitability for road pavements containing tar . A health hazard is excluded due to the lack of heating.
