Bixessarri is a small town in the Principality of Andorra , it belongs to the parish of Sant Julià de Lòria . The following alternative spellings of the city of Bixessarri are known: Bicisarri , Bixisarri , Biçisarri and Vixesarri .

Bixessarri is located on the Riu d'Os river about 2.5 kilometers from the Spanish border and has 44 inhabitants (as of 2013). Bixessarri is at an altitude of 1148 meters above sea level. The place is located on Carretera general 6 and is completely under monument protection, new houses may only be built if they correspond to the old Andorran style.

The catholic church of Sant Esteve de Bixessarri with a canopy was built in the late 16th century. The interior has a baroque altarpiece. The essay, painted on three boards, dates from the 18th century and is dedicated to St. Stephen. On the landing to the altar is the year 1701 as the date of the consecration. The rectangular nave with a west-facing entrance door and four side windows as well as the bell tower were built with natural stones of medium size. The furniture and the wooden choir also date from the Baroque period. The Església Sant Esteve de Bixessarri is now a listed building.
