Sant Julià de Lòria is a small town in the south of Andorra and the southernmost municipality in the principality. It borders on the two Andorran communities Andorra la Vella and Escaldes-Engordany as well as on Spain .
The municipality of Sant Julià de Lòria also includes the smaller towns of Aixovall, Bissisarri, Fontaneda, Auvinyà, Aixirivall, Juberri, Nagol, Certers and Llumeneres .
The cross-country skiing offers in winter are particularly important for tourism .
The municipality has numerous Romanesque monuments, such as the churches of Sant Cerni in Nagol or Sant Miquel in Fontaneda.
In Sant Julià de Lòria there is the Universitat d'Andorra and the Abri Balma de la Margineda .
The soccer team UE Sant Julià was champions in the first soccer league of Andorra in the 2004/05 season .
