Blanne Jang

As Blanné Jang (en .: Blinder Johann) is called in Luxembourg one with cheese filled with bacon encased cooked sausage . The name goes back to Johann von Luxemburg , called Johann the Blind (lux .: Jang de Blannen). It is the Luxembourg variant of the Bernese sausage . The sausage was first sold around 2000 at the Luxembourg Schobermesse .
