The Lublaska brass band is a Swiss wind orchestra .

history

The Lublaska brass band was founded in autumn 1999. She performed in Switzerland at concerts as well as on radio and television. In 2003 the formation took second place out of six participants in the professional level of the European Championship for Bohemian and Moravian Brass Music ; However, the authenticity of the competition is denied in the country of origin of the Bohemian-Moravian music.

The Lublaska brass band is made up of professional musicians and amateur musicians. The line-up with three clarinets , three flugelhorns , a trumpet , two tenor horns , three trombones, two tubas and a percussion is based on the Bohemian line-up and that's how music is made. In addition to Bohemian and Moravian classics, the repertoire of the Lublaska brass band includes mostly original compositions by the founder and director Benno Peter.
