Sheet ripper

The sheet metal ripper is used to tear open thin metal sheets , for example vehicle bodies . The sheet metal ripper can also be used to tear open laminated glass panes on vehicles .

It consists of a 50 centimeter long steel rod with a point, with which a hole is first punched in the sheet metal. The other side of the sheet ripper has a claw, similar to a can opener, with which the sheet is then torn open piece by piece.
