The Bleicheli is a small-scale residential and commercial area in the city of St. Gallen between the Vadianstrasse in the northwest and the water alley in the southeast.

It was created on a former bleaching facility in the textile industry, where cloths were previously placed in the sun for bleaching . It developed into a banking center over time. The city ​​lounge and the Rote Platz as well as the headquarters of Raiffeisen Switzerland are located on the site .
