In the military , dazzling or glare means depriving the enemy of sight for a limited period of time and thereby preventing them from observing and observing fire or hindering their movements. Blinding is one of the fire missions of the artillery, which fires smoke grenades at the appropriate terrain points when requested . The enemy is blinded in a military sense by the billowing smoke (fog) .
