Blind wood frame

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The blind wood frame of a piece of furniture - upholstered furniture - describes the frame or frame that is covered by the upholstery. Therefore, in the case of blind wood frames, the appearance of the wood or material is essentially not important . Sometimes it is possible that parts of the piece of furniture are still visible, for example feet or panels.

The contrast to this is made of exposed wood frames . The main thing here is the appearance of the wood, i.e. the structure and quality (e.g. freedom from splinters ).
