Blue Penny Museum
The Blue Penny Museum is a museum in Port Louis , the capital of Mauritius . In this museum, a red and a blue Mauritius are exhibited. The price of the brands is currently around 600,000 euros each .
To protect the original brands, they are only temporarily illuminated (at half an hour for ten minutes), the copies can be seen elsewhere. The museum is located on the premises of the Le Caudan Waterfront shopping center .
A few hundred meters further on on the other side of the harbor is the Mauritius Postal Museum , which houses exhibitions on the island's postal history.
