Bodvoc

Bodvoc (also Bodvoccus or Boduoccus ) was a British king of the Dobunni tribe (in present-day England ). Bodvoc is only known from its coinage. He seems to have ruled in the last decades before Christian. The location of his coins indicates that he ruled the northern part of the Dobunni area. There are only guesses for this division of the rulership into two parts, perhaps he was the son of a king who bequeathed his rulership to two sons. His successor was Catti [...] (name not completely passed down).
