Bogatić ( Serbian - Cyrillic Богатић ) is a town and municipality in the Mačva district in northwest Serbia . In 2002 the population of the city was 7,350 and the Opština 32,990. In the city center is the Serbian Orthodox Church of the Birth of Mary , built from 1854 to 1856 .
