Bos-cha was originally a place to stay on the old thoroughfare, which until 1862 led via Guarda, Bos-cha, Chanoua and Ftan to Scuol . Apart from a St. Stephen's Chapel (1525), which was converted into a private house, the place is nowhere mentioned in a document.

Sights are the Viletta / Claglüna house with an unusually bizarre baroque gable and the remains of the old mill by the stream on the way to Guarda. She fell victim to an avalanche in 1951 shortly after she was placed under homeland security. Today you can still see some remains of the wall, two millstones and the imposing water wheel.

The legend of the landlady of Bos-cha comes from Bos-cha .
