Bossa (company)
Bossa Ticaret ve San. Isletmeleri TAŞ. , abbreviated to Bossa , is a Turkish textile company based in Adana . Bossa is part of Sabancı Holding . Bossa was founded in 1952 on the basis of cotton growing in the Çukurova area.
According to its own information, Bossa is one of the five largest textile companies in Europe with 2,600 employees. In 2004, a total of 50 million yards of fabric were produced, generating sales of $ 207.8 million.
75% of Bossa's shares are owned by Sabancı Holding, the remaining 25% are traded on the Istanbul Stock Exchange ( IMKB ).
Among other things, Bossa produces jeans for the Berlin brand Picaldi .
