Bousebouze

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Bousebouze (Slavic possibly Wladislaw ) was a Slavic prince in 844.

In that year he sent his messenger Uleb to Constantinople . At that time, peace negotiations between Prince Igor of Kiev and Emperor Roman were taking place there.

Polish historians suggest that he was a prince of the Lendizi , the forerunner of the Poles that belonged to the Kievan Rus , and that his name may have been Włodzisław ( Wladislaw ).
