Roast meat

The following dishes and forms of preparation are called roasting meats :

  • Rostbrätel , Thuringian Rostbrätel in short form
  • Roasting , leisure time fun for the Swiss and Thuringians, where meat (and vegetables) are fried over an open fireplace. The food itself is also referred to as a roast. But it is also used as a synonym for grilling .
