Brandenburg Peace

The Brandenburg Peace was a peace agreement of September 1352 between Duke Albrecht II of Austria , the city of Zurich and the Confederation, brokered by Ludwig, Duke of Bavaria and Margrave of Brandenburg . According to the provisions of the agreement, the rulership rights of Habsburg a. a. restored in Zug and Glarus , the confiscated goods restituted, the mutual debts recognized and the prisoners released. The Habsburg sovereign rights in Schwyz and Unterwalden remained unresolved. Peace received little attention from either side. In 1354 the war broke out again.
