The Brandkopfhöhle is a cave near Obergrüne in the valley of the Grüner Bach in Iserlohn . It is named after the Brandkopf promontory as part of the 390 m high Fröndenberg . The Brandkopfhöhle with the cadastral number 4612/18 is one of over 100 Iserlohn caves.

The entrance to the cave is in Obergrüne near the Gasthof Bölling, Grüner Talstraße, corner of Eichenohl.

The cave is 45 or 15 meters long, depending on the source. It contains stalactites.
