Brandon Barrera , full name Brandon Miguel Barrera Bota , (born December 19, 1998 in Uruguay ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.84-meter-tall offensive player Barrera has been part of the professional team of Club Sportivo Cerrito since the 2016 season . There he made his debut in the second-highest Uruguayan league on September 10, 2016, when coach Alberto Quintela ordered him into the starting line-up in the 2-0 home defeat against El Tanque Sisley . In that season he played a total of eleven games in the Segunda División and scored once in the opposing goal. In February 2017 he switched to the Montevideo Wanderers on loan , but did not appear in a competitive game in the professional team. He returned to Cerrito in early August 2017.
