Brandon Bays (born August 21, 1953 ) is an American teacher and author. She developed the pseudo-scientific method The Journey ( Eng. 'The Journey').

Life

Brandon Bays said he fell ill with a tumor in 1992 . Then she claims to have embarked on a “healing journey” during which the tumor is said to have regressed. She worked with Anthony Robbins for more than a decade, leading seminars in holistic health and consciousness development worldwide. Seeing the alleged tumor as a test of her convictions, she embarked on a “journey inward” to deal with the emotional injuries of her childhood. From this experience she developed the method "The Journey".

Brandon Bays lives in Wales, UK and markets The Journey worldwide.

The Journey

The Journey is a guided inner journey with the aim of resolving unresolved situations, injuries and blockages. The basic assumption is that there have been painful events in life that have led to individual areas being closed in order to avoid repetition. This restricts personal freedom of action in daily life and can be experienced as a feeling of lack of freedom or tightness. It is believed that physical symptoms can also be indicative of unprocessed events in personal history.

In a journey process, these key experiences are revealed, thoughts and feelings are expressed in order to enable letting go and making peace with the situation and the people involved. Experience has shown that this also has a stimulating effect on the body's self-healing powers. Making peace with people and events should also reduce stress and tension and enable a feeling of contentment and joy in everyday life. The Journey is applicable regardless of denomination, ethnic or social background.

Journey outreach

Journey Outreach is an international charity founded in 2004. It works free of charge for people whose lives have been impaired by disasters, life-threatening diseases, AIDS, cultural oppression, trauma, suicidal tendencies, abuse of substances, mental, physical or sexual abuse.
