Bravest Warriors is an American animated series developed by Pendleton Ward . The series, set in 3085, follows four teenage heroes who fly through the universe and save extraterrestrial beings and their worlds with the power of their emotions.

The Bravest Warriors are four teenagers who travel through the universe and carry out assignments that mostly include rescuing cute aliens. Each of the four has an animal that accompanies them and that can transform into a weapon or a powerful being to help them with their missions.

  • Christopher "Chris" Kirkman - the 17 year old leader of Bravest Warriors. He is in love with his best friend and comrade Beth. His animal is a bee that can turn into a sword with a swarm of bees.
  • Beth Tezuka - the future leader of Bravest Warriors and the owner of a cat who can transform into a nine-tailed cat . Her father developed the machine with which the four travel.
  • Daniel "Danny" Vasquez - Third member of the Bravest Warriors and inventor who builds a time machine for the group. His dog can be a sword or a pistol.
  • Wallow - This member of the Bravest Warriors has an artificial intelligence computer in his gloves. In addition, his hawk can take the form of an ax.
  • Plum - a merewif, an amphibious alien. She is friends with the Bravest Warriors.
  • Impossibear - an unusual bear
  • Catbug - a creature that is partly a cat and a ladybug.

Production and publication

The series was based on an idea by Pendleton Ward . Directed by Adrian Thatcher , Breehn Burns and Jason Johnson . Andy Tauke was responsible for editing and Davian Bobrowska and Christy Beckert were the artistic directors.

The Frederator Studios production was mainly published on their Youtube channel Cartoon Hangover . A pilot short film was aired on January 10, 2009 on Nicktoons Network . From November 8, 2012, the publication on Cartoon Hangover followed . In the following years until 2018 a total of 82 episodes were shown in four seasons. In 2017 and 2018 the series also aired on VRV in the US and Teletoon in Canada.

In October 2012, a comic for Bravest Warriors was also published by Boom! Studios.
