Breitenbach (desert)

Breitenbach was a place in the Hintertaunus south-southeast of today's Oberlauken on the stream of the same name.

Breitenbach was mentioned in a document from 1401 to 1450. From 1450, Breitenbach was only referred to as a desert . Today reminiscent Flurnamen Breitenbach and Breidenbach meadows to the former village.
