Brenda Cardullo

Brenda Cardullo (* 1988 in Milan ), also known as Brenda , is an Italian pop singer .

Career

Brenda is the daughter of Ettore Cardullo, the bassist of the Italian beat band Gens (active in the 60s and 70s). She began her musical career with the Solomusicaitaliana label , where she made her debut in 2006 with the single Per chi , a Gens cover . Together with Daniele Battaglia , she released the song Vorrei dirti che è facile in 2007 , which did not make it into the newcomer category of the Sanremo Festival , but reached the top of the Italian single charts in February . As a soloist, Brenda let the singles Resto qui (2007) and Ossessione (2008) follow.

In 2012, the singer, who had meanwhile moved to Paris , took part in the first season of the talent show The Voice: La plus belle voix .
