Brendan Brazier
Brendan Brazier (born March 1, 1975 in Vancouver , British Columbia ) is a Canadian endurance athlete, author and entrepreneur. Brazier was a triathlete from 1998 to 2004 .
Athletic career
During his career, Brazier won the 50 km run at the Harriers Elk / Beaver National Ultramarathon Championships in 2003 and the 50 km run ultramarathon in Toronto in 2006.
Food and nutritional philosophy
In his books, Brazier propagates a vegan diet with a high proportion of raw vegetables and avoiding heavily processed foods, household sugar and gluten-containing cereal products. He sells a line of plant-based foods and dietary supplements under the name “Vega”.
