Brian Tracy (* 27. November 1944 in Canada ) is an American non-fiction - author .

Brian Tracy has written several books on success in business , sales, and personal development. He holds lectures and seminars around the world and is a self-development consultant. Tracy lives in San Diego, California with his wife and four children . In the gubernatorial campaign of his home state in 2003, Tracy ran as an independent candidate and self-financed for political office. Shortly before the end of the election campaign, he stopped his own campaign and recommended the election of Arnold Schwarzenegger as governor. He is fluent in various languages, including German, Spanish and French. His main focus is in the USA and there in the marketing of books, seminars, audio books and learning systems. Various titles are also available in German.
