Brigid Hogan-O'Higgins

Brigid Hogan-O'Higgins (birth name: Brigid Hogan ; born March 10, 1932 ) is a former Irish politician of the Fine Gael who was a member of the House of Commons ( Dáil Éireann ) between 1957 and 1977 . She and her husband were the first couple in Irish parliamentary history to be members of the Dáil Éireann at the same time.

Life

Brigid Hogan was the daughter of the solicitor and farmer Patrick J.
