Brisk (hair styling cream)
Brisk is the name of a hairdressing cream that was brought onto the market by Elida GmbH in 1951.
The brand changed hands several times, most recently in 2004 when the British cosmetics manufacturer Lornamead took over from Unilever . Since its market launch, Brisk has been marketed by the various manufacturers with largely preserved original recipes. After setting the Preppie by Diplona in 2007. Brisk is one of the last available German styling cream and - in contrast to most other pomades today still offered in retail - and styling creams. She and her scent, described as "sweet and tart", achieved a certain cult status in Germany in the post-war period.
