Britta Ferchland
Britta Ferchland (born April 4, 1967 in Magdeburg ) is a German nurse and former member of the State Parliament of Saxony-Anhalt ( PDS ).
Life
Britta Ferchland trained as a nurse in Magdeburg.
Ferchland was a member of the PDS federal executive committee from 1990 to 1992 and deputy state chairwoman in Saxony-Anhalt from 1993 to 1998. From 1998 to 2006 she was a member of the Saxony-Anhalt state parliament, where she was chair of the committee for equality, family, children, youth and sport.
