Bruce Bégout

Bruce Bégout (born May 21, 1967 ) is a French philosopher , translator and author .

Life

Bégout is a graduate of the École normal supérieure of Paris , was an assistant professor at the Université de Picardie in Amiens and is currently an assistant professor at the University of Michel de Montaigne Bordeaux III . His scientific work follows the tradition of phenomenology in the sense of Edmund Husserl . Furthermore, they deal with everyday issues such as city life and public spaces as well as everyday life.

Until 2008 he wrote articles for the magazine for literature and philosophy "Inculte", which appears three times a year . Today he heads the Matière étrangère series at Éditions Vrin.
