The Bruchsee is a lake around one hectare in size in the East Westphalian town of Espelkamp in North Rhine-Westphalia . It is located northeast of the core city about 250 meters northwest of the forest cemetery. It is not a bathing lake, but it does play a certain role in local sport fishing . It is located to the west of it in a small wooded area along with a smaller, nameless pond and can be reached via a footpath. The area is only of importance for the local recreation of the residents of this area.
