Bubble Puppy was an American psychedelic rock band from the early 1970s.

Band history

The psychedelic rock band Bubble Puppy was formed in Austin in 1966 . She received a recording deal in 1969 and recorded her first album Gathering Promises . The included single Hot Smoke and Sass-Safrass reached number 14 in the US charts. In 1972 the band swapped the drummer and renamed themselves Demian . The album of the same name was unsuccessful and the group broke up in 1972.
