The Federal Housing Office BWO ( French Office fédéral du logement OFL , Italian Ufficio federale delle abitazioni UFAB ) is a federal authority of the Swiss Confederation . It is an office of the Federal Department of Economics, Education and Research EAER and has its seat in Grenchen .
