Federal tax
As federal taxes which are controlling in accordance with Art. 106 , para. 1 basic law referred to, the control volume of the control authority of the Federal subject.
General
The German financial system differentiates between federal taxes , state taxes and local taxes . Each regional authority has its own tax revenue, which is taken into account in the financial equalization. The federal government can lay down all regulations on federal taxes.
