Federal Association of Income Tax Aid Associations

The Federal Association of Income Tax Aid Associations e. V. (BDL) was an umbrella organization of income tax aid associations in Germany. This was founded on October 18, 1973.

More than 160 income tax aid associations with 1.3 million members belonged to it. The BDL represents the common interests of the affiliated wage tax aid associations vis-à-vis the legislature , the financial administration , the public and the mass media . His most important task was to represent the tax concerns of employees in these areas.

On January 1, 2017, the association merged with the New Association of Wage Tax Aid Associations to form the Bundesverband Lohnsteuerhilfevereine eV (BVL) .
