Bunny hop

The Bunny Hop (German Hasensprung) is a feat that is done in cycling . The driver pulls the handlebars upwards so that he is briefly on the rear wheel, then he jumps up with all his strength, pulling the whole bike upwards with him. The trick is often used on a BMX or dirt bike and is used to do other tricks in the air.

In 2013, Rick Koekoek set the first Guinness world record in bunny hop. After a few attempts, he managed to reach a height of 1.43 m. For a long time this record was considered an unbeatable record, but experts are rumored that mountain bike professional Fabio Wibmer broke this record in one of his latest video creations. For example, the German mountain bike expert Mr. Phil says that Koekoek's record has already been broken in several of Fabio Wibmer's videos.
