Burley Castle , also called Alstoe , is an abandoned castle three kilometers northeast of the village of Burley in the English county of Rutland . Alstoe was the name of a harde .

The earthworks that have survived to this day suggest the earlier existence of a moth from the end of the 11th or beginning of the 12th century.
