Busa (also bisã, bisayã, busa-bisã, busano, and bussanchi; ISO 639-3 is bqp) is a Mande language spoken by about 40,000 people from the Busa (20,000) and Laaru , Lupa and Kambari (20,000) peoples Nigerian states Niger and Kebbi is spoken.

It is one of the five languages ​​from the subgroup of the Busa languages ​​within the group of the Eastern Mandes languages. The dialects New Busa, Wawa and Illo emerged under the influence of other languages. The new standard busa arose under the phonological influence of the Hausa and the Illo under that of the Boko .

The Busa mostly use English as a second language, older people can also use Hausa or Cischingini as a second language.
