Bushido (game)

Bushido is a Samurai - RPG at the time of feudalism in Japan . The game is developed by Paul Hume and Bob Charrette and published by Fantasy Games Unlimited .

In 1981 Bushido was released. The basic box consisted of two books. The first book, The Heroes of Nippon, contained the rules of the game and the manual for the players. The second book, The Land of Nippon, contained the game master information and advanced rules.

Like other pen & paper role-playing games, the game system is based on character traits, talents, occupational classes and cultural framework conditions. There are cube used in this case, 6-sided (W6) and 20-sided (W20). The game is not considered a typical hit-and-play game , as it tries to include the cultural background of Japan.

This game gave the German-speaking rapper Bushido his stage name.
