International Academy for Production Technology

The International Academy for Production Engineering (Engl .: The International Academy for Production Engineering French, .: College International pour la Recherche en Productique (CIRP) ) is since 1950 existing international association of scientists from the field of production technology . The seat of the academy is in Paris . The limited number of members is around 550 people from 41 countries.

aims

The aim is to advance the technological development of production engineering by promoting international research . Further goals are an exchange of research results through discussion and the publication of these.

Publications

The CIRP regularly publishes CIRP Annals as a journal . Furthermore, conference and workshop reports are published in book form .
