The CVP Women Switzerland is a subsidiary of the CVP . It is organized as an association under Swiss law (Art. 60ff. ZGB ) with its seat in Bern and divided into cantonal sections.

Politically, it basically pursues the same goals as the parent party, but takes specific women's concerns and gender issues into account to a greater extent.
